The Ealing Mile

The Ealing Mile is a mile race held in Lammas Park, Ealing, W5 5JH and usually takes place at lunchtime on the first Friday of each month. It offers a fast, friendly and fun lunchtime race and everyone is welcome to run, walk or jog the green and traffic-free course. With its friendly atmosphere and community feel, the Ealing Mile offers a great opportunity to enjoy one of Ealing’s famous leafy green parks. Lammas Park is also the start and finish of the Ealing Half Marathon. This event is open to anyone aged 4 years and above and welcomes participants of all abilities – whether they choose to run, jog or walk the course. Registration in advance only, no entries on the day.
