The Ealing Mile

The Ealing Mile is a mile race held in Lammas Park, Ealing, W5 5JH and usually takes place at lunchtime on the first Friday of each month. It offers a fast, friendly and fun lunchtime race and everyone is welcome to run, walk or jog the green and traffic-free course. With its friendly atmosphere and community feel, the Ealing Mile offers a great opportunity to enjoy one of Ealing’s famous leafy green parks. This event is open to anyone aged 4 years and above and welcomes participants of all abilities – whether they choose to run, jog or walk the course. Registration in advance only, no entries on the day.
